Ronda graduated from the Nova Scotia community college in 2003.  She worked at the Head Shoppe for the 7 years following that, building up her clientele and taking many theory and hand on classes to further her knowledge in the field.  She is now working at the new Laura's Say & Medi Spa and looks forward to serving existing and new clients.

Lindsay graduated from the Hair Design Center in 2007. She then started her career at the head Shoppe where she was employed from June 2007 to November 2010. She is now working at Laura’s Day Spa and is continuously working on building her clientele by taking product knowledge and extra training in all aspects of the hair industry.

Catherine has recently moved back to New Glasgow after working and gaining knowledge as an RMT in Halifax for the past three years.  She is excited to be back home, and eager to help with your massage therapy needs.

Graduated from ICT Northumberland Massage College in 2008.

Catherine's training specializes in sports massage, pre/post natal massage, myofascial massage.

 

Common conditions treated are :  Hyperlordosis/Lordosis, Chronic whiplash, various types of Tendonitis, Frozen shoulder, Multiple Sclerosis and many others. 

  

Additional training:  Yamuna Save Face, Intro: Aveda Foot Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Suikodo and CPR/ First Aid.
     
 

Brenda graduated in 2004 from Concepts School of Cosmetology and began working for Laura's Day & Medi Spa in June of 2011.  She previously worked for the Scotsburn Hair Studio.

She loves working with the public and has a very bubbly personality and specializes in pedicures. 

She has has advanced training in skin care and is also a nail tech.

Jeanette received her certification in reflexology through the Footsteps School of Reflexology, Toronto, ON.  She is a Registered Reflexology Therapist and a member of the Nova Scotia Association of Reflexology Practitioners (NSARP). She is dedicated to providing quality heath care and plans to expand into other complementary therapies.

  Melissa is the newest esthetician to Laura's Day & Medi Spa starting in December 2011.  She is from Antigonish and has been in the esthetics field since 2006 after graduating from the Art & Technique Academy of Aesthetics.  She has previously worked at On The Edge Hair Studio in Antigonish.
